CoVentry is a career guidance platform that uses artificial intelligence to analyse CVs, identify areas for improvement, simulate interviews and provide personalised recommendations. The service is directed at individuals of legal age. Use by companies to process employee data requires a prior written agreement.

Analyses generated by CoVentry are produced by an artificial intelligence system (Claude, by Anthropic) and are advisory and informational in nature. They do not constitute professional advice in human resources, legal, financial or educational matters. CoVentry does not guarantee that following the recommendations will result in obtaining employment, training or professional improvement. The user is solely responsible for decisions made based on the results.
CoVentry does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the service. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates or technical reasons beyond our control (outages at providers such as Vercel, Supabase or Anthropic), without this giving rise to any right to compensation except where expressly required by law.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, including the LSSI-CE, the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), the LOPDGDD (Organic Law 3/2018) and, where applicable, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on consumers and users. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction that may correspond to the user as a consumer.
